We’ll show you exactly how to structure your remuneration legitimately and in full compliance with Mauritius’s transfer pricing rules. From there, we handle your payroll filings directly with the Mauritius Revenue Authority, ensuring everything is submitted accurately and on time.

We also take care of taxes withheld at source on payments to suppliers. Our tax team will calculate the correct amounts and file all the appropriate returns within the required deadlines — so nothing slips through the cracks.

Understanding your VAT obligations is equally important. Not every business is required to register for VAT, and whether you need to file depends on your specific circumstances. We’ll assess your situation clearly and, if VAT registration and filing is required, we’ll manage the entire process on your behalf.
